We Are Kin came first in a vision of a hybrid figure.  With the head of a coyote , a woman’s body and an owl rising from its head, this being cradles a newborn baby in its lap.  I asked her, “Who are you?” and she answered, “I am your kin.”

The veils are almost completely dissolved.  They are dissolved by light and, in the transformation, become the light that dissolved them.  The alchemy occurs as a recognition of the kinship with all that we see.
